HOUSEHOLD
My cafe bowls from Heath
Microplane for grading the Cheddar cheese on MOST of my current egg dishes
Love for the container store continues to grow. Jumbo clear storage bins.
FOOD
I started to get into coffee pre-baby. But ALWAYS drank tea both dark or non-caffeinated. I love PG TIPS. Caffeine in the morning. I feel like my life will continue to need this for a very long time.
Chocolate milk. This one seems to be the best for a non-glass jar.
Bare Fruit's Granny Smith apples. Man, I take these everywhere. Good crunch.
My life with out dairy would be tough. Please don't make my child lactose intolerant. Eating good old American Cheese (organic because I feel better for eating it) with pretzels or crackers.
CLOTHES
Never was a leggings girl. But, that sentence is left far behind. GAP makes the best maternity ones. Low cut and super soft.
Got this from H&M to wear in Cannes. Well, that was a bust so I think I will rock it to my friends birthday party tonight. A side note: H&M has great tank tops for ladies with babies on the way. Go a size or two up. They are long which is important for your belly that keeps extended forward. Ummm nice way of putting it.
Dresses by anyone and everyone who makes one that will fit me through the summer. Something like this is perfect! lucky I bought this a month ago...
So that is a little update...
More to come this week....

High Boots and Long Skirts
Went out to a great little ladies lunch with my dear friend Andrea yesterday. She is as cool and hip as they come. The lady is a freelance writer for all things lifestyle. Having been the Dailycandy San Fransico editor and the DailyCandy Kids Los Angeles editor she knows her sh-t!
I was styling a somewhat casual outfit but she was rocking high boots(I think APC a few season's ago) and a mid length skirt(new Steven Alan...I asked). SOOOO CUTE!!
Went onto No.6's Daily blog and saw these gorgeous photos of just what I am talking about!!

Paris=Marc Jacobs favorites

His bags, clothes, accessories...everything.
So before I begin with my fashion posts for the rest of the week...
I thought I would bring you my favorites from the current Ready to Wear Fall 2010 collection. I went into his store here in LA the other day and the clothes are stunning. The gray's, the sequins...yes.
I am bummed because I saw this gorgeous white, velvet, long, sleeveless dress at the store and can't find a picture from his runway show. I am telling you if you are getting married in the fall or winter this dress is PERFECT. It's cream and the draping is perfect. There is a picture of a similar short version above (second to last photo). Call the store in LA or NY and inquire.
So enjoy some Marc and hang tight for some Paris fashion info.

Army Style

Translation: Army Navy Surplus store equals the jackpot for the latest military inspired trends.
J.Crew is all about their classy version of the military jacket and this belt.
Can't pass up a good Henley layering shirt.
Always wanted one of these flight jackets.
TOP GUN style. Killer sun glasses.
Loving the flight bag with the yellow strap.
All kidding aside this might seriously be my Halloween Costume.
Support our injured Veterans. The Yellow Ribbon Fund.

Wearable and Sexy. Thank You.

Forget the typical sexy stuff. Go for the comfy, sexy and wearable.
I recently grabbed the see thru tank and mesh underwear for a friend at American Apparel. When looking on their website(which is at times frightening) I also found the plaid oversized button up.
I am telling you, cost effective and your friend will actual wear them.
PS...I know I have posted a lot of fashion ideas lately. I am into it!

Hello Splendor!!!

Checkout my shout out in Beth Dotolo's blog, HELLO SPLENDOR.
Beth's posed the question, "How do show your patriotic passion in a modern way?"
My answer... "I always wear a vintage dress in our flag's colors!!" The post includes a picture of me and my husband from last year's Fourth of July celebration. Plus I was eating a snow cone!
Thanks Beth for including me!!!
Dotolo's have to stick together!!

Gigi....MADEWELL

She is super funky and talks about her love for vintage and shoes.
Madewell's online shop will be launching soon. And Alexa Chung former MTV host or VJ (they still call them that?) has a collaboration with the label.
Madewell is brought to you by the same people as J.CREW
Do you dig madewell? I love their blazers.
